Your Instructor
Mackenzie is a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor, with over 500 hours of training, and has been teaching since 2017. Over the last 9 years, Mackenzie has taught over 5,000 classes, and has experience working with a diverse variety of clients from different backgrounds. Her classes mix classical movements with dynamic core conditioning, and technique for full body awareness and control. Her style focuses on the retraining of fascia to improve movement fluidity, restore posture, and enhance felt sensation and communication within the body.

This program is a collection of contemporary work outs on the reformer that can be practiced on machines by balanced body, Merrithew, Your Reformer, and other contemporary models. This program does not claim to teach the original/authentic Pilates Method, and cannot be done on the authentic Gratz machines. This program is not recommended for someone who does not have prior experience using a contemporary reformer with a professional instructor, or have a basic understanding of how to adjust the footbar and spring load settings as this will not be covered in detail for this program. This program is taught at an intermediate pace for students with an existing practice looking for efficient and well balanced programming & guidance from home.
