We believe movement is more than exercise—it’s a way to cultivate more personal presence and build strength with intention. Founded by two friends, Mackenzie Legg, an experienced fully certified Pilates instructor passionate about quality of movement, and Breezy Yates, a naturopathic doctor-in-training who is drawn to Pilates for its ability to blend strength, flexibility, and body awareness, our mission is to build programs that will guide you toward a sustainable, empowered movement practice.
Our approach blends classical and contemporary Pilates with resistance-based strength training, and yogic principles. Our programs focus on balanced muscular development, nervous system regulation, and functional full body strength.
